Rental Pool
The best way to maximize the productivity of your investment made by purchasing a villa is to place it into the Rental Pool Program which is similar to a condo hotel project where your unit will be managed, maintained and will enjoy a fruitful occupancy which will be routed to your company bank account here in Panama. The resort will be run like a condo hotel, where you as the owner will receive 70% of the income.

Owners must sign the rental agreement for 5 years and must give notice 6 months (year 4 1/2) if they want to withdraw from this. The contract can be renewed for a further 5 years.

The following fees will apply:

RENTAL AND MANAGEMENT FEE: Payments shares for THE OWNER are based on a value given to each model type that is in the rental pool program. The value is based on the size of the model and works closely as follows:
